Prices, inclusions and availability

Catalogue entries identified as package references record published information reviewed on the date shown. They are not a live inventory feed, an offer capable of acceptance or a site-specific quotation. A home-design price excludes land unless expressly stated otherwise.

Check the current written scope for the exact lot, plan and facade, including site works, allowances, upgrades and exclusions. Duty, conveyancing, finance and other transaction costs may be additional. Any later quotation should identify its validity period, conditions and GST treatment. Price, availability and timing may change before a transaction is agreed; the terms of any signed contract and applicable law remain relevant.

We aim to present information accurately. Please contact us if an entry appears incorrect or out of date. These qualifications do not permit misleading representations or remove any disclosure obligation.

Images, plans and site suitability

Artist’s impressions, facade images and lifestyle photography may show optional upgrades, furniture, landscaping or surrounding features that are not included. Read the caption and written specification for each reference. An illustrative image does not establish that the depicted property is for sale or that it is a completed Luna Homes project.

Areas, dimensions and minimum block requirements are indicative unless confirmed for the specific property. Siting depends on the actual survey, title restrictions, services, soil and site conditions, estate requirements, planning controls and approvals. Ask for a site-specific assessment and current plans.

Contracts and independent advice

The seller, builder and their respective responsibilities should be identified in the proposed transaction documents. Displaying a builder’s design does not make Luna Homes the building contractor or imply a builder guarantee.
