What this form collects

The form asks for your name and email. Phone, preferred location and message are optional unless you specifically request a call back. An enquiry from a property or shortlist includes those references and relevant search preferences. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive personal information.

How your enquiry is received

When you select Send enquiry, your details are transmitted securely to the website’s server and stored in its private enquiry database. A reference is displayed only after the server confirms storage. This is not an email delivery receipt or a property reservation.

Authorised site managers can review enquiries through the hosting account. Your details are not available through a public enquiry lookup. We use them to respond to your request, clarify your requirements and discuss relevant property options. The consent on this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and introductions

The website and enquiry database use Cloudflare-based hosting through Sites. Hosting providers process information to operate and secure the service, including through infrastructure that may be outside Australia. External links and email services have their own privacy practices.

If an introduction to a builder, developer or finance professional would help, we will discuss sharing your contact details with you. Sending this enquiry is not permission to circulate your details to every provider.

Storage, security and your choices

The form uses server-side validation, access controls and request limits. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions; it is not stored in the enquiry record. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact hello@lunahomes.com.au to ask about access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include your enquiry reference if available and avoid sending identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. Information is retained while needed to manage the enquiry and meet applicable obligations; you can ask the team about the records it holds.

Shortlists and website technology

Your shortlist is saved in this browser until you remove entries or clear site data. It is sent to Luna only when included in your enquiry. Search return links remain in this tab for the browsing session. Search filters appear in shared URLs, but contact details are not added to them.

The website does not set advertising cookies or use third-party marketing analytics. Fonts, images and the regional map are hosted with the website. Anonymous interaction events are prepared for future measurement; no external analytics account is currently connected.
